HEALTH WORKSHOPS:
One of the main purposes of Hill Country Natural Healthcare is to provide health-related education. We do this primarily through free, public workshops held twice a month in the Fredericksburg area. Each workshop features a topic of interest such as Heart Health, Digestive Issues, Stress and Fatigue, Weight Issues and many more. In addition to valuable information on various topics, we will also be discussing and demonstrating Nutrition Response TestingSM. This is also a wonderful opportunity to introduce family and friends to natural healthcare.
